Curiosity. Creativity. Connection.

Born and raised in Boise, I’ve stepped into the creative world with a later-in-life degree, a wealth of real-world experience, and a big ol’ heart. Life has taught me grit, resilience, and the power of empathy and compassion. Communication is my superpower. I bring creative insight, strategic thinking, and a naturally curious and open mindset to everything I do.

I’ve always been driven by the “why” behind people and ideas. Whether I’m building a brand’s digital presence, crafting campaigns, building relationships, or creating content, I focus on the “what” I can do to make a real impact. I believe the best work comes from real stories: messy, meaningful, and authentic.

Outside of my professional land of creativity, I’m living that mom life with a teen son and fur son. You’ll often find me spending time with my family and friends, on stage singing karaoke, crafting my next pun, or pairing wine with a smorgasbord of weird food combinations.

Two Distracted Girls Podcast was born from the bond between Kayla and me, two peas in a podcast who connected over our shared experiences with PTSD, late-in-life neurodivergent diagnoses, and navigating the world as single moms to our sons. What we slowly realized was that the very things that challenged us most had also shaped how we think, create, and connect. Those experiences became our creative superpowers.

It started as a podcast rooted in real life, where vulnerability, humor, healing, and terrible puns coexisted. But it became something bigger. We wanted to ask better questions, have honest conversations, and make the uncomfortable a little more comfortable. We weren’t trying to have all the answers. We were simply creating space for people to feel seen, share their stories, and find connection in the messy, beautiful parts of being human.

Although the podcast isn’t active right now, its impact never really stopped. It continues to shape the questions I ask, the stories I’m drawn to, and the way I connect with people through my work.
